The Global Ready Talent Programme (Management Associate) supports Singapore companies that are keen to train and invest in overseas work exposure for young Singaporeans to gain deeper in-market knowledge and overseas exposure opportunities.

Under this component of the GRT Programme, enterprises can send fresh graduates or existing employees with no more than 3 years of working experience for minimum 1 year postings in key overseas markets, including Southeast Asia, China, and India.

Local enterprises will receive 70% funding support, capped at S$50,000/yr to defray qualifying costs.

  • With minimum 30% local shareholding
  • With business presence overseas
  • Looking to groom fresh graduates or young employees with up to 3 years of working experience

  • Opportunity to engage and groom young talent, bolstering them with in-market knowledge and international work exposure
  • Opportunity to support the international expansion efforts of Singapore enterprises as a whole
  • Singapore enterprises will be eligible for funding support of up to 70% of qualifying costs, capped at S$50,000 per Management Associate per year. This includes:
    • Monthly basic salary, including 13-month Annual Wage Supplement
    • Overseas package such as Cost of Living Allowance, Accommodation, Airfare and Pre-trip administrative costs (e.g. visa application, travel insurance)
