- Only Malaysia cargo drivers and accompanying personnel who are fully vaccinated with WHO-EUL recognised vaccines will be allowed entry into Singapore.
- With only vaccinated cargo drivers and accompanying personnel entering Singapore, and the regular testing that these individuals undergo, they will now be subjected to fewer restrictions while doing delivery in Singapore.
- These individuals may carry out essential activities in Singapore, including the topping up of their cash cards and prepaid card phones, purchasing meals locally, and pumping their petrol, subject to the prevailing Safe Management Measures (SMMs) in Singapore.
- Packed meals will no longer be issued at the checkpoints
