Position: Administrative Executive

Job Purpose

The Executive, Administrative, provides assistance in the maintenance and delivery of effective and efficient administrative services to ensure that high quality and sustainable support is available that are in in line with the operational needs and objectives of Singapore Retailers Association (“SRA”).

Reports to: Executive Director

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Provide professional support to the Executive Director which include diary management, business travel arrangements, expenses claims, etc.
  • Office administrative duties including events, memberships, etc.
  • Organize staff & council meetings which includes sending out links and invites and liaising with other Secretaries
  • Desktop research as and when required
  • Receive incoming calls and mails, ensuring proper routing and distribution
  • Update and maintain files and records
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory
  • Assist with maintenance and alteration of office areas and equipment, as well as layout, arrangement and housekeeping of office facilities
  • Point of contact for enquires and issues with members
  • Liaise with various departments to ensure member enquiries and request are met
  • Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned

Job Requirements

  •  Candidate must possess at least A level/College, Professional Certificate/NiTEC in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent. 
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. 
  • Take initiative to complete task assigned
