Empowering Global Market Skills
The Career Conversion Programme (CCP) for the Overseas Market Immersion Programme (OMIP) is part of a broader effort by the Singapore government to build a globally competitive workforce, fostering innovation and adaptability in the face of evolving global economic trends.
The program focuses on mid-career professionals looking to switch industries or enhance their expertise in international business. It offers opportunities to gain hands-on, immersive experience in foreign markets, preparing participants to thrive in global settings.
Through structured training, overseas immersion, and mentorship, participants develop a deep understanding of foreign market dynamics, regulatory environments, and consumer behaviors.
