Retail Executive of the Year

  • Management Excellence to effectively lead and oversee teams, drive operational excellence, implement successful strategies, and achieve organisational goals.
  • Interpersonal Skills and Collaboration and their ability to foster collaboration and positive working relationships within the company, promoting a supportive and cohesive team environment.
  • Commitment to Self-Improvement, professional development, and staying abreast of industry trends and best practices, demonstrating their dedication to personal growth and enhancing their skills and knowledge.
  • Achievements and Contributions to the company and the retail industry in Singapore, considering their impact on raising standards, enhancing the company’s profile and image, and driving positive change within the retail industry.

Nominees must be aged 30 or below as of Apr 30, 2025 and employed in Singapore’s retail industry.

Retail Manager of the Year

  • Leadership Excellence and Qualities including their ability to inspire, motivate, and empower their team, as well as their effective decision-making and communication skills.
  • Commitment to Company Success, considering their proactive efforts to achieve organisational goals, promote a positive work culture, and foster a cohesive and productive team environment.
  • Customer Focus and Service Excellence to ensure customer satisfaction, improve service quality, and drive customer loyalty.
  • Achievements and contributions, evaluating their impact on raising standards, enhancing the company’s profile and image, and driving positive change within the retail industry.

Nominees must be aged 31 or above as of Apr 30, 2025
