The SRA 46th Annual General Meeting will be held at 3D River Valley Road #03-02 Blk D Clark Quay Singapore 170923 (Theatre Room, Huone Singapore) on Wednesday 27 March 2024 at 3.30pm to transact the following business:-

1. To receive the Annual Report of the Association for the financial year ended 30 September 2023.

2. To receive the Audited Financial Statements of the Association for the financial year ended 30 September 2023 together with Statement by Council members and Auditors’ Report thereon.

3. To resolve that Messrs JH Tan & Associates, Public Accountants and Chartered Accountants, be re-appointed as Auditors of the Company to hold office until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting.

4. To announce newly elected members of the council for the term FY2024-2026 as there is no ballot required this AGM. Refer to appendix for list of nominees.

5. To transact any other business which may be properly transacted at an Annual General Meeting.
