We successfully wrapped up the Retail Ready Workshop, an exclusive event jointly organised by JobKred and the Singapore Retailers Association (SRA). The session was designed to equip retail leaders with actionable insights and tools to future-proof their workforce through skills intelligence.


💡 Key Highlights:

✔️ Attendees gained a deep understanding of skills intelligence and its importance in driving future-ready retail strategies.
✔️ JobKred introduced practical frameworks to identify, track, and close skills gaps across retail teams.
✔️ A hands-on Train-the-Trainer workshop allowed participants to experience real-time implementation using their own devices.
✔️ Eligible attendees received exclusive access to JobKred’s platform — supporting up to 50 users for 3 months at no cost.
