Business Design Thinking Workshop

The need to reimagine retail started as far back as the changing consumers’ lifestyle, globalisation and the advent of digitalisation. The recent pandemic catapulted and realised the change faster and stronger! In the past year, consumers experienced many changes including shopping from different brands and in different formats. Many shared that they are prepared to continue with their changes, post-pandemic. How should retail players respond?
We would like to invite you to an exclusive Design Thinking Workshop happening next Wednesday, 07 April 2021, from 9am to 530pm at SRA Training Room (1 Coleman Street The Adelphi #05-17). The workshop will be facilitated by Dr Lynda Wee of Bootstrap, a specialist in retailing, design thinking and leadership.
