[COVID-19] Resuming Entry Approvals For Vaccinated Work Pass Holders And Their Dependants

August 10, 2021

From 10 August 2021, work pass holders and their dependants can start applying for entry approval if they have been vaccinated with PSAR- approved or WHO Emergency Use Listing (EUL) vaccines. Vaccination helps to reduce the risk of infection and COVID-19 importation. This is to enable the pass holders and their families to enter in a safe and calibrated manner, and mitigate the risk of COVID -19 importation to protect Singapore’s public health. It is also an important transition to an endemic COVID-19 world.
MOM have included flexibilities to the condition. For example, the vaccination condition for entry will not apply to children below 12 years old. Those who are medically ineligible for vaccination, can appeal to be exempted. For those between 12 to less than 18 years old, they can enter without vaccination on condition that they get vaccinated after arrival in Singapore.
We encourage all members to get your staff vaccinated. With more getting fully vaccinated, the Government can gradually allow more vaccinated work pass holders to enter Singapore.
