Personal data (as required below) will be collected, used and/or disclosed during the registration and administration of courses. 2. Personal data collected is for some/all of the following purposes: (i) Requirement of a unique identity for course registration (ii) Submission of training grant application by SRA (iii) Submission of assessment results to SSG (Skillsconnect or TPGateway Portal) (iv) Reporting to SSG (v) TRAQOM survey / To receive post course survey (vi) Updates on future courses (vii) All other training related matters 3. Contact person’s personal data (i) Point of contact to receive course status update, invoices and all other correspondences (ii) Updates on future courses TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. Registration is subject to availability of seats and on first-come-first-serve basis. You will receive an email confirmation on your registration for seat availability. 2. All withdrawal of course registration must be notified via email to SRA at least 7 working days before the course commencement. An administrative fee will be chargeable for late withdrawals. Notification received from 4 to 6 working days - 25% of full course fee is payable (subject to 7% GST) Notification received from 1 to 3 working days - 100% of full course fee is payable (subject to 7% GST) No-show - 100% of full course fee is payable (subject to 7% GST) 3. Company will be responsible to pay the full course fee under the following circumstances:- (i) Company fails to provide the necessary information to SRA for submission of training grant application within the prescribed period given by SSG or (ii) Training Grant application or Claim submitted is rejected by SSG or (iii) Company fails to pay the amount billed to them (nett fee) by the due date, resulting in SRA not able to submit claim within the claim period approved by SSG.
