The Employee Value Proposition (EVP) sets forth the reasons why employees should want to join a company, and why they would want to stay. In essence, it is the internal and external ‘brand’ of the organisation as an employer.

- Understand the common challenges faced by HR practitioners in the retail sector

- Know the role of the HR practitioner in supporting the business strategy
- Craft an Employee Value Proposition that supports the business strategy
- Know the structures, processes and practices that contribute to the realisation of the Employee Value Proposition

Trainer’s Profile
Ms Cheryl Nott, Lead Consultant, Solutions Plus Pte Ltd
Cheryl is a Lead Consultant in the Solutions Plus advisory services team, specialising in People and Organisational Transformation. She has over 12 years of practical and consulting experience, and has been involved in both public and private sector engagements related to HR Transformation.
