Since 1977, the Singapore Retailers Association (SRA) has been the voice of Singapore's retail community. We bring retailers, partners and government together to help the industry grow, transform and stay competitive in a fast-changing market.
At SRA, you will work on things that matter to the industry: flagship platforms like the Retail Awards Gala and Singapore Retail Festival, overseas immersion trips, workforce programmes, and the day-to-day support our members rely on. As our Grant Administrator, you will manage the end-to-end administration of government-funded programmes that SRA delivers for the retail sector. You will make sure every application, claim and report is accurate, on time and fully compliant, so that retailers get the support they need and SRA stays a trusted partner to our funding agencies.

As our Membership Executive, you will grow and look after SRA's community of member companies, from independent retailers to established brands. You will bring new members in, help them get value from day one, and keep them engaged so they renew and recommend SRA to others.

As our Executive Assistant, you will be the right hand of SRA's Executive Director, keeping their schedule, priorities and stakeholder relationships running smoothly. You will also be a key coordination point with the President and Council, making sure meetings, papers and follow-ups happen on time.
