As our Executive Assistant, you will be the right hand of SRA's Executive Director, keeping their schedule, priorities and stakeholder relationships running smoothly. You will also be a key coordination point with the President and Council, making sure meetings, papers and follow-ups happen on time.
What you'll do
- Manage the Executive Director's calendar, appointments, travel and correspondence, and prioritise competing requests
- Coordinate Council, committee and management meetings: scheduling, agendas, papers, minutes and action tracking
- Liaise with Council members, government agencies, partners and members on behalf of the Executive Director
- Prepare briefing notes, presentations, speeches and reports ahead of engagements
- Track key deadlines and follow up with internal teams to keep projects on schedule
- Support the AGM, overseas delegations and VIP visits, including protocol and logistics
- Handle confidential information with discretion and good judgement
- Provide general office and administrative support, including claims and procurement for the office
What you'll bring
- Diploma or degree in any discipline
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience supporting a senior leader, ideally in an association, chamber, non-profit or corporate setting
- Highly organised, proactive and able to juggle multiple priorities under tight timelines
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with a polished, professional manner with senior stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Discreet, dependable and calm under pressure
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an advantage for liaising with Chinese-speaking stakeholders and delegations
