Whistle Blowing Policy.

The Singapore Retailers Association (SRA) has a whistleblowing policy and set of procedures in place so that employees, members and external parties can raise genuine concerns in good faith about any aspect of our operations, without fear of reprisal, discrimination or adverse consequences.

Every concern reported to SRA will be handled with discretion and investigated promptly. Where contact details are provided, we will acknowledge receipt of the report. Depending on the nature of the matter, SRA reserves the right to refer the case to the relevant external regulatory authorities.
