Training Labs Transformation.
The Singapore Retailers Association's Training Labs Transformation (TLT) initiative connects retail professionals with industry-aligned training programmes that build practical digital and business capabilities for the modern retail landscape.
Courses under TLT are delivered in partnership with the Singapore Institute of Retail Studies (SIRS), combining classroom facilitation, practical mentorship, and asynchronous project work to ensure skills are immediately applicable on the job.
Most programmes are eligible for government funding support, with Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents able to offset up to 90% of course fees through available subsidy schemes.
