TikTok Shop is fast becoming one of the most powerful sales channels for retailers, and this intensive one-day workshop is designed to help businesses tap into it the right way. Organised by SRA and JSIT Retail, with support from SME Marketing Academy, the programme walks participants through everything from platform fundamentals to practical execution: setting up product listings correctly, understanding the platform's rules and algorithm, building a content and traffic strategy, and avoiding the common mistakes that trip up beginners.
The workshop is for retailers who are ready to move from watching competitors sell to building their own TikTok revenue channel. Eligible retailers can receive up to 90% training subsidy and up to 90% salary support for 3 to 6 months (subject to T&Cs).
