We are thrilled to announce the successful completion of our session on the Progressive Wage Model (PWM) for the Retail Sector, held on September 17, 2024, at NTUC Club Clubhouse, SingPost Centre.

In collaboration with the Tripartite Cluster for Retail (TCR), this event brought together retailers and industry leaders to explore strategies for enhancing wages, advancing skills development, and fostering career growth for retail employees.

While we acknowledged certain challenges, the valuable insights and discussions will be instrumental in shaping future initiatives that align with the PWM’s vision for sustainable progress.
